Quality Manager (80-100% time)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Quality Manager to join our Quality Management team at the headquarters in Givisiez. Reporting to the Head of Group Quality Management, you will work with a cross‑functional group of nine colleagues, supporting After Sales, Manufacturing, Technical Documentation and Spare Part Management without direct people‑management responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Create, maintain and update SAP S/4HANA QM transactions and manage warranty claims via SAP S/4 and SAP C4C.
• Oversee Power BI KPI analysis for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide technical support to international distributors and branches as a Technical Representative.
• Develop and maintain internal process audits across the supply chain in line with ISO 9001:2015/2026.
• Supervise bicycle production at various global sites together with engineers and product managers.
• Produce technical manuals and documentation, collaborating with compliance and marketing teams.
• Maintain the Bike and Spare Part Archive and support online warranty claiming and bike registration processes.
• Implement automated spare‑part reordering transactions in SAP S/4HANA.

Required profile

• Strong team player comfortable in an international environment.
• Solid experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP C4C; SAP BI knowledge is a plus.
• Background in customer service, preferably within the bike or related industry.
• Investigative skills related to European legislation and ISO standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with authorities and technical services.
• Several years of relevant professional experience.
