About the role
The client, a Swiss‑based wafer fabrication company, is looking for an experienced Quality Manufacturing Manager to lead quality, compliance and continuous improvement across its IC Front‑End operations.
Key responsibilities
- Drive a zero‑defect culture, ensure compliance with IATF 16949, automotive and customer requirements.
- Own Process Change Management (PCRB), assess risks and protect yield, scrap and non‑conformances.
- Lead non‑conformance and MRB management, including risk assessment, containment and root‑cause elimination.
- Conduct manufacturing audits, corrective actions and improvement plans.
- Manage customer complaints with effective containment, analysis and preventive actions.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve performance.
Required profile
- 10+ years in high‑tech manufacturing, 5+ years in quality management.
- Engineering degree in Electronics, Microelectronics, Physics or related field.
- Proven leadership, project management and continuous‑improvement capabilities.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
- Experience with Automotive Core Tools.
- Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean methodology.
- Understanding of IC manufacturing processes, quality tools, failure analysis and audits.
