Recruiter – Talent Pipeline & Candidate Community

About the role

This fully remote, full‑time position is focused on building and managing proactive talent pipelines for a Swiss‑based partner. You will create a continuously engaged, vetted community of candidates across several critical role families, enabling rapid placement when hiring demand arises.

Key responsibilities

• Source, interview, and vet candidates before specific roles become available, expanding a live talent community.
• Segment candidates by role, seniority, readiness, and availability, keeping records up‑to‑date.
• Maintain regular re‑engagement cadences to keep qualified candidates informed and ready.
• Own full‑cycle recruitment for multiple concurrent positions, from posting to offer coordination.
• Develop compelling job postings that attract high‑quality applicants and deter poor fits.
• Partner with hiring managers to define genuine requirements and challenge unrealistic expectations.
• Conduct structured, evidence‑based screening and present concise shortlists.
• Provide a responsive candidate experience with acknowledgments within 24 business hours and honest feedback.
• Leverage AI and automation to streamline repetitive tasks and experiment with new sourcing methods.
• Lead at least one recruitment‑process improvement initiative and track performance metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruiting, preferably in a fast‑paced, metrics‑driven environment.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent communication skills and a data‑oriented approach to hiring.
• Comfort with building and nurturing candidate communities over time.

Required skills

• Experience with AI‑enabled recruiting tools or automation platforms.
• Proficiency in candidate relationship management and talent pipeline development.
