Recruitment Consultant – Healthcare Sector (Zurich)

About the role

Join a leading talent solutions provider as a Recruitment Consultant focused on the healthcare sector in Zurich. You will combine end‑to‑end recruitment with proactive business development to match qualified professionals with permanent and temporary positions.

Key responsibilities

• Source, interview, and place healthcare professionals for permanent and temporary roles.
• Expand the client portfolio through cold calling, networking and market acquisition.
• Conduct on‑site client visits to assess staffing needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Guide candidates through screening, reference checks, and contract negotiations.
• Schedule temporary staff and maintain accurate documentation in the CRM system.
• Monitor industry trends and identify new commercial opportunities in the Greater Zurich area.

Required profile

• Completed vocational education (EFZ) with experience in healthcare, recruitment or professional sales.
• Hunter mindset with a strong sales orientation and solution‑focused approach.
• Excellent advisory and negotiation skills, high emotional intelligence.
• Fluency in German (written and spoken) and good English proficiency.
• Valid Category B driving licence for frequent client visits.
• Highly organized, resilient and a team player thriving in a target‑driven environment.
