About the role

Oliver James is expanding its Zurich headquarters and is looking for ambitious Recruitment Consultants to join a high‑performing, professional team in the heart of the city. You will work in a premium office environment, collaborating closely with the global People & Performance team to develop your recruitment expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Support the full recruitment lifecycle for contract and permanent markets.
• Engage with high‑value specialist markets and build strong client relationships.
• Participate in a structured training programme and receive ongoing coaching.
• Contribute to the team’s commercial success by meeting placement targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of recruitment experience.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Commercially minded, ambitious and resilient.
• Motivated to succeed in a challenging but rewarding career.
