Regional Head of Human Resources – EMEAC

About the role

The Regional Head of Human Resources for the EMEAC region will lead HR strategy across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Canada for Galderma, a global dermatology company. Reporting to the CHRO, this senior role combines strategic partnership with business leaders and hands‑on execution to drive talent, culture and organizational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the EMEAC people strategy aligned with global HR and business priorities.
• Act as the primary HR business partner to regional leadership, providing insight and guidance on talent, workforce planning and organizational design.
• Lead talent management processes, including succession planning and high‑potential development for critical roles.
• Drive strategic workforce planning, resource allocation and build‑buy‑borrow‑bot decisions across markets.
• Support change initiatives and organizational redesign to enable performance and collaboration.
• Champion Galderma’s culture, values and employee engagement across the region.

Required profile

• Proven senior HR leadership experience in a multinational environment, preferably within the life‑science or consumer‑health sector.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate commercial objectives into HR actions.
• Demonstrated expertise in talent management, workforce planning and organizational design.
• Excellent influencing and stakeholder‑management skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
