Regional Sales Director

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our growth across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. This strategic position focuses on expanding defense‑related networking and communications solutions, building long‑term partnerships with resellers, military stakeholders and commercial clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional growth strategies to increase market presence in EMEA.
• Identify and secure foreign military sales opportunities in networking and communications.
• Lead, mentor and support geographically distributed sales teams.
• Manage relationships with international resellers, distributors and strategic partners, including pipeline oversight and forecasting.
• Coordinate regional participation in trade shows, conferences and customer events.
• Collaborate with internal business development and engineering teams to address market‑entry challenges.
• Travel regularly to customer and partner locations (up to 50% of the time).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience supporting government‑related international projects.
• Strong background in foreign military sales, preferably in networking, wireless communications or defense technologies.
• Proven track record in international sales strategy, account development and regional business expansion.
• Demonstrated leadership of cross‑functional or distributed teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and multicultural relationship‑building skills.
