Registered Nurse (Pflegefachkraft) – Multiple Locations in Switzerland

About the role

We are seeking qualified and compassionate Registered Nurses (Pflegefachkräfte) to deliver high‑quality patient care across a range of Swiss healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centres, elderly‑care facilities and outpatient services. The positions are on‑site and will be matched to your experience, preferred location and client requirements. Placement will depend on your experience, preferred region and the specific client’s needs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care and continuously monitor patient health conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments in line with medical orders.
• Assist patients with mobility, personal care and daily activities.
• Prepare and maintain accurate nursing documentation and care plans.
• Support medical procedures, wound care and other clinical tasks.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, patients and families.
• Adhere to hygiene, safety and quality standards.
• Participate in shift handovers and multidisciplinary teamwork.

Required profile

• Completed nursing qualification as a Registered Nurse / Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann or equivalent.
• Recognition of the qualification in Switzerland or willingness to complete the recognition process.
• Experience in hospitals, rehabilitation, elderly care or outpatient settings is preferred.
• Strong patient‑care and communication abilities.
• Reliable, responsible and compassionate work style.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays as needed.
• German, French or Italian language skills appropriate to the region.
