Regulatory Counsel

About the role

Revolut is seeking a Regulatory Counsel to provide legal advice on its financial products in Switzerland. The role works closely with product and commercial teams to ensure new and existing offerings comply with Swiss legislation and regulatory expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on legal issues related to structuring new and existing financial products.
• Draft customer‑facing legal documents for these products.
• Collaborate with product and commercial teams to design compliant solutions.
• Manage regulatory expectations, requirements, and applications.
• Engage with local regulators and handle significant, complex legal matters with short turnaround times.

Required profile

• 4+ years of post‑qualification experience as a lawyer in Switzerland, in‑house or at a private practice.
• Registered with the Swiss Bar (or in the process of taking the Bar exam).
• Strong background advising on financial, banking, AML and corporate regulations.
• Ability to make decisions amid ambiguity and tight deadlines.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, fluent in English and French or German.
