Regulatory Reporting Specialist

About the role

Join the Finance team at Swissquote as a Regulatory Reporting Specialist, building scalable and high‑quality regulatory reporting processes to support the bank’s expansion. You will drive strategic initiatives, improve processes and ensure accurate, timely and compliant reporting to the SNB and FINMA.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regulatory reporting initiatives, optimise processes, automate and develop a central regulatory database.
• Implement a new regulatory reporting solution across the organisation and ensure seamless integration with IT, Controlling, Risk and Treasury.
• Monitor regulatory developments, adapt reporting processes and prepare, review and submit SNB statistical reports and FINMA regulatory reports.
• Perform data quality checks, act as primary contact for SNB inquiries and coordinate the Group’s SNB audit.

Required profile

• Bachelor or Master degree in Economics, Finance or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of the Swiss banking regulatory framework and 3‑5 years of relevant experience.
• Full professional proficiency in French and English.
• Proactive, collaborative and solutions‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience with T24, SQL and Python.
• Familiarity with regulatory reporting solutions such as FiRE or Mercury.
