Relationship Manager Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a Relationship Manager Assistant to support a well‑established multi‑family office in Geneva. The role involves providing high‑quality service to private clients and assisting the Relationship Manager with daily portfolio management tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Relationship Manager in the day‑to‑day management of a portfolio of private clients.
• Handle account openings, closings and maintenance, ensuring client documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Prepare and update KYC and onboarding documentation in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Process client instructions, including payments, foreign exchange, cash transfers and securities transactions.
• Maintain regular contact with clients, delivering a responsive and professional service.
• Coordinate with external counterparties, custodians and internal service providers to ensure efficient execution of client requests.
• Maintain strong documentary discipline, ensuring all client records are complete and compliant.
• Provide general administrative support and assist with ad‑hoc projects as required.

Required profile

• Fluency in French and English.
• Valid Swiss work permit or eligibility to work in Switzerland.
• 2–5 years of experience within a private bank, multi‑family office or independent asset manager.
• Proven experience supporting Relationship Managers and handling banking operations.
• Excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and a proactive, service‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work autonomously in a small, fast‑paced and highly collaborative environment.

Required skills
