Relationship Manager (Business Developer) - EAM

About the role

Mirabaud, a family-owned bank with over 700 employees in 8 countries, is looking for a Relationship Manager (Business Developer) for its EAM business in Zurich. You will join a dynamic team in a rapidly expanding market and proactively build a portfolio of self-acquired clients focused on external asset managers.

Key responsibilities

• Create a portfolio of self-acquired clients with a focus on the external asset manager market
• Monitor the pipeline against individual and team objectives
• Build trust-based relationships through regular, personalised contact
• Assess clients' financial situation and objectives, with the support of a Team Head if needed
• Provide general wealth management services, including integrated solutions tailored to client objectives
• Promote the bank's products and services with tailor-made investment solutions

Required profile

• Degree in Finance or Economics
• Strong network within the EAM market in Switzerland and abroad
• Proven track record of building relationships with prospects
• Very good interpersonal skills, open and sales-oriented, natural team player
• Persistent, persuasive and passionate about client service
