Relationship Manager – HNWI

About the role

UBS is seeking a Relationship Manager focused on high‑net‑worth individuals (HNWI) to join its UHNW Italy International team in Lugano. You will work closely with Client Advisors to grow and protect client wealth, providing strategic advice and building long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain trustworthy client relationships with a focus on strategic advice.
• Drive and execute a strategy to manage and expand a book of high‑net‑worth clients.
• Define advisory processes and agreements in collaboration with Client Advisors.
• Identify and pursue business opportunities within existing client portfolios.
• Ensure client management aligns with the team’s risk culture.
• Establish long‑term, mutually beneficial relationships and continuously expand your professional network.

Required profile

• Professional experience in wealth management or wealth planning.
• Strong knowledge of financial products and services.
• Proven track record of delivering client‑focused solutions.
• Excellent networking abilities and a reputation for being well‑connected.
• Resilient, team‑oriented, and service‑driven mindset.
• Highly organized with strong planning and time‑management skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
