Relationship Manager

About the role

Asset Street is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to grow its book of business with high‑net‑worth (HNW) and ultra‑high‑net‑worth (UHNW) clients. The role offers a high degree of autonomy, allowing you to select the markets you serve while working within a FINMA‑licensed, independent investment office.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, acquire, and develop HNW/UHNW client relationships worldwide.
• Generate net new assets (NNA) and drive assets under management (AuM) growth.
• Expand wallet share and optimise portfolio profitability for existing clients.
• Provide full‑cycle client ownership from prospecting to long‑term retention.
• Deliver asset‑allocation advice aligned with client objectives, risk profile, and time horizon.
• Recommend tailored investment solutions, including private equity, real estate, private credit, alternative strategies and digital assets.
• Conduct periodic portfolio reviews, performance monitoring and ensure rigorous AML/KYC compliance under FINMA regulations.
• Document and monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and contribute to team culture.

Required profile

• Master’s degree, preferably with a finance specialization.
• CFA and/or MBA is a strong asset.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing HNW/UHNW relationships in a bank or asset‑management firm.
• Established, portable network of HNW/UHNW clients (geography open).
• Strong investment expertise and financial‑statement analysis skills.
• Solid understanding of Swiss (FINMA) regulatory framework and cross‑border compliance.
