- Develop communication materials for the Bequests and Legacies programme and supervise lead-generation actions (TV, radio, telemarketing, digital).
- Organise awareness events, coordinate content creation, writing, translation and internal validation, and liaise with external providers.
- Work with Digital Fundraising and Data Analysis to segment audiences and build personalised, automated donor journeys in the CRM.
- Keep up with fundraising trends, benchmark and test innovative approaches, and contribute to the Marketing team's annual strategy and budget.

- Degree in communication, marketing, NGO management, law or a related field.
- Experience in fundraising, bequests and legacies or donor relations is desirable; proven experience in designing and running fundraising campaigns is required.
- Project management and cross-functional team coordination is an advantage.
- French and English are essential; German is an asset.
Required skills
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Good knowledge of CRM tools and print and digital fundraising strategies.
- Familiarity with prospect and donor journey mapping, audience segmentation and conversion optimisation.
- Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
What we offer
- Permanent contract, part-time (36 hours per week), starting ideally in early December.
- Gross annual salary of CHF 78,634.80 to 93,117.60 depending on experience.
- 25 paid vacation days pro rata, plus Swiss public holidays.
- Pension fund contribution (second pillar) covered 75% by MSF.
- Relocation assistance for moves from another country to Switzerland.
Candidates apply through the MSF recruitment platform with a CV (max 2 pages) and a cover letter (max 1 page) in French or English; the deadline is 24 November 2026.
