Remote Contract Graphic Designer (1099)

About the role

Procurement Professionals Alliance (PPA) is looking for a remote contract Graphic Designer (1099) to support its communications, branding, and marketing initiatives for both PPA and RFxPremier. This short‑term, project‑based engagement (approximately 20 hours per week for about two months) will focus on creating high‑quality digital and print assets that reinforce brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Design digital and print materials such as event collateral, signage, social media graphics, marketing flyers, infographics, web and email graphics.
• Create and style PowerPoint presentations and templates for internal and external use.
• Ensure all designs follow established PPA and RFxPremier branding guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Communications Manager and other stakeholders to develop creative concepts.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
• Communicate design decisions clearly and incorporate feedback efficiently.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience (preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Demonstrated ability to create professional PowerPoint presentations and templates.
• Solid understanding of branding, layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with associations, conferences/events, public‑sector, or professional‑services organizations is a plus.
