Remote Social Media Manager – TikTok Shop

About the role

This remote position focuses on growing a premium wellness brand’s presence and sales on TikTok Shop. The Social Media Manager will independently run the TikTok account, create engaging short‑form videos, and optimise the shop experience for a diverse audience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute TikTok content strategies tailored to wellness and premium product audiences.
• Manage daily TikTok operations, including posting, scheduling, and community interaction.
• Set up and optimise TikTok Shop listings, ensuring smooth checkout experiences.
• Create, edit, and publish short‑form video content aligned with current TikTok trends.
• Monitor analytics to track engagement, growth, and sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align TikTok content with broader marketing initiatives.
• Identify and engage influencers or brand advocates to expand reach.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing TikTok accounts and TikTok Shop for consumer brands, preferably in wellness, beauty, or food sectors.
• Strong understanding of TikTok trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Analytical mindset with experience using TikTok analytics and reporting tools.
• Creative, proactive, and adaptable to fast‑changing social media environments.
• Available for ongoing freelance collaboration on a remote basis.
