About the role
Sirius Energy is looking for a Renewable Middle-Office Analyst in Lugano. As the operational focal point for the renewable energy business, you will ensure that post-trading activities are carried out in a timely and accurate way. You will work closely with trading, finance and risk, and act as the company's contact person for external counterparties.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the operational lifecycle of the renewable energy business, including operational management of contracts
- Handle trade data in the Risk Management ETRM system
- Carry out settlement reconciliations and closing activities with finance
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Promote process improvement by spotting inefficiencies and implementing automation
Required profile
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance or a related field
- English, Spanish and Italian proficiency required
- Previous experience in an operational, analytical or financial role in energy trading, banking or financial services (nice to have)
Required skills
- Python programming (nice to have)
