Reservations Agent

About the role

The Reservations Agent will manage individual and group bookings for a prestigious 5‑star luxury hotel, ensuring a seamless reservation experience for international guests. This role works closely with multiple hotel departments to maintain high standards of service and occupancy.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process individual and group bookings from inquiry to reservation, adhering to Leading Hotels of the World standards.
• Enter guest data into the Protel on‑premise booking system and monitor current occupancy levels.
• Coordinate rates and conditions with the reservations manager and collaborate with operational and administrative departments.
• Assist in monitoring availability on online channels (CRS) and support smooth operations in the reservations department.

Required profile

• Completed commercial training or equivalent education.
• At least one year of reservations experience in the upscale hotel industry.
• Excellent German, French, and English language skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Detail‑oriented, customer‑focused, flexible and resilient.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with the Protel booking system.
