Restaurant Manager - OXBO

About the role

Hilton is looking for a Restaurant Manager (F&D Supervisor) for its new restaurant OXBO, which serves locally sourced, sustainable food within modern Swiss cuisine. The role combines driving commercial performance with overseeing food and drink quality and guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive commercial performance with the F&D manager, lead the restaurant's business strategy and oversee budgeting, forecasting, reservations and cost control
• Work with the Head Chef on menus and promotions, and support sustainability goals through responsible sourcing and waste reduction
• Lead the team to deliver warm, personalized service, manage online reputation and handle dietary requirements and allergies
• Inspire, train and recruit staff, schedule shifts and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain compliance with health, safety and licensing regulations, and oversee daily operations including financial reconciliation and inventory

Required profile

• At least two years' experience in a similar role
• International experience in hotel and high-volume restaurants is a plus
• Commercial mindset with a proven track record in driving revenue and profitability
• Leadership, coaching and communication skills, strategic thinking and problem-solving under pressure
• Swiss passport or EU passport
