Revenue Analyst

About the role

The Hyatt Regency Zurich Airport Convention Center and Hyatt Place Zurich Airport The Circle are looking for a Revenue Analyst. The role supports the hotel's revenue and profitability goals through pricing, forecasting, market analysis and inventory management, working closely with the Revenue Manager and the Commercial Team.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze booking patterns, demand trends, competitor performance and business mix, and monitor booking pace, pickups, cancellations and seasonality
• Support pricing and inventory strategies across market segments and distribution channels
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly revenue reports highlighting trends, risks and opportunities
• Support forecasting, budgeting and business planning
• Maintain revenue management systems and ensure data accuracy
• Take part in business reviews and commercial meetings, and support group pricing decisions
• Monitor competitors, market developments and industry trends, and identify ways to improve occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, market share and overall revenue
• Work with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Finance and Operations, and align revenue management practices with Hyatt standards

Required profile

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in revenue management, revenue analysis, commercial analysis or a similar hospitality role
• Good understanding of hotel performance indicators such as occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, market segmentation, booking pace and demand trends
• Fluent written and spoken English; German is an advantage
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong communication skills
