Rising FAN Food & Beverage Management Development Program

About the role

The Rising FAN F&B program at Mandarin Oriental Geneva offers a one‑year, hands‑on management development experience within the hotel’s Food & Beverage division. You will rotate through multiple outlets, gaining operational and supervisory exposure while preparing for future leadership roles.

Key responsibilities

• Complete rotations in at least four F&B areas such as restaurant, bar, banquets, room service, and back‑of‑house operations.
• Participate in daily operational tasks and supervise staff under guidance of senior managers.
• Attend seminars, hotel and restaurant visits, and case‑study sessions as part of the structured learning curriculum.
• Contribute to service delivery, ensuring high standards of quality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
• Gradually assume increased responsibilities leading to readiness for a supervisor or manager position.

Required profile

• Passion for Food & Beverage and a strong desire to progress into management.
• Minimum of one year experience in F&B (including internships).
• Fluent in French and English; additional language is a plus.
• Valid Swiss work permit or EU passport.
• Adaptable, detail‑oriented, autonomous, and team‑focused.
