Roomservice Manager – Seasonal (Winter 2026/2027)

About the role

Kempinski is looking for a Roomservice Manager to lead the in‑room dining operation at its St. Moritz resort for the winter season 2026/2027. You will be responsible for delivering 24‑hour room service, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the room service and banquet department, overseeing a team of approximately 10 employees.
• Coordinate daily room service activities and ensure timely, accurate delivery of food and beverages.
• Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen and front‑desk teams.
• Control inventory, place orders, conduct inventories, and close daily accounts.
• Develop monthly duty rosters, recruit, train, and develop staff.

Required profile

• Completed hospitality training and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role at a comparable hotel.
• Strong attention to detail, structured and organized working style.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Resilience, high awareness of quality, and guest‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English and German; additional languages such as Italian are a plus.
