Sales Assistant – Luxury Retail (Zurich)

About the role

Join MCM, a leading luxury brand, as a Sales Assistant in Zurich. You will be part of a motivated team delivering high‑end leather accessories to discerning customers while upholding the brand’s heritage of sophisticated rebellion.

Key responsibilities

• Sell MCM products and meet defined sales targets.
• Provide personalized advice, build and maintain a customer database.
• Attract new clients and nurture relationships with existing customers.
• Support commercial and organisational tasks such as merchandise management, repairs, stocktaking and stock maintenance.
• Receive, label and organise incoming goods.
• Assist with visual merchandising, ensuring attractive product presentation.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience in the luxury retail sector.
• Strong interest in fashionable, high‑quality leather goods.
• Excellent customer service orientation, organized, flexible and reliable.
• Effective communication and selling abilities.
• Team player who can also work autonomously with a positive, hands‑on attitude.

Required skills

• Fluent in German and English (additional languages are a plus).
