Sales Coordinator - Commercial Team

About the role

Hilton Geneva is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join its Commercial team. The role supports the Sales department and contributes to the hotel's commercial success, coordinating sales efforts, internal communication and client service. It follows the hotel's major reopening after extensive renovations, and the coordinator helps position the refreshed product in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new contacts, generate and develop sales leads and respond to sales opportunities to maximise revenue.
• Contact potential clients and build strong business relationships through proactive communication.
• Produce accurate, timely reports for the Director of Sales on appointments, calls made and business leads.
• Coordinate follow-up actions between Sales team members and other departments, and update sales systems and databases.
• Ensure sales collaterals and promotional materials are available and support internal communication through briefings and liaison with other departments.
• Issue sales-related communications internally and externally, and maintain visibility of the hotel in the local market.
• Assist Sales Managers and Sales Executives with hotel inspections for walk-ins, meeting groups and contracted clients, and support special projects as assigned.

Required profile

• University degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within an international hotel chain.
• Previous hotel experience and a team-oriented mindset.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and French; additional languages are an advantage.
• Good knowledge of the local market and an interest in marketing and sales trend analysis.
