Sales Coverage Support Intern

About the role

Deutsche Bank is seeking a Sales Coverage Support Intern for its Private Banking Service Executive team in Geneva. You will receive guidance and training across technical aspects of the business while supporting Relationship Managers and Client Service Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Relationship Managers and CSEs with internal activities to deliver excellent client service.
• Understand and liaise with internal support functions (Middle Office, Lending, Pricing, CLM) to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Rotate among groups to gain knowledge of mandates management, transaction handling, ad‑hoc client inquiries, credit limit creation, and account closure management.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken English and French.
• Meticulous, methodical, with strong attention to detail.
• Team player able to multitask and maintain a client‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and optimise workflows.
• Basic knowledge of payment processing.
• Basic knowledge of the Avaloq system.
