About the role
We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Sales Executive to join the team at Baur au Lac, a historic luxury hotel. The role supports the Director of Sales & Revenue in driving hotel sales and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Sales & Revenue in daily sales activities and client management.
- Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies for the hotel.
- Maintain relationships with existing and prospective corporate and leisure clients.
- Prepare sales reports and assist in revenue forecasting.

- Motivated, dedicated and warm personality.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering high‑quality service.
