Sales Lead Global Consumer Brands

About the role

Join dsm-firmenich as the Sales Lead for Global Consumer Brands, overseeing strategic customer partnerships across Europe, India, the Middle East and Africa. You will shape commercial strategy, strengthen senior client relationships and drive sustainable growth for the Perfumery & Beauty business.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead commercial strategy for the account, translating customer priorities and market dynamics into clear plans and measurable outcomes.
• Own the end‑to‑end commercial agenda, including business planning, pipeline management, contract negotiations and risk management.
• Build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders regionally, positioning dsm‑firmenich as a preferred strategic partner.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration across Sales, Fragrance Development, Creation, Consumer Insights, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and Legal.
• Drive innovation and portfolio growth by identifying new business opportunities and shaping value propositions.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing team, fostering a performance culture focused on growth and customer excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, science or related field.
• Proven track record leading complex key accounts in fragrance, beauty or consumer goods.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams across cultures and geographies.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strategic thinking, resilience and execution discipline.
• Fluent English; additional languages such as French are a strong plus.
