Store Manager – Geneva

About the role

RIMOWA is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead its Geneva boutique. You will be responsible for driving sales, coaching a team of client advisors, and ensuring an exceptional luxury retail experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, coach, supervise and motivate the floor team, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Recruit, train and develop staff, delivering product knowledge and selling techniques.
• Analyse weekly and monthly performance, create action plans and report to GMS.
• Ensure store tidiness, health & safety compliance, visual merchandising and flawless after‑sales service.

Required profile

• Minimum 5+ years of sales and management experience in a luxury retail environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, fluent in French and English.
• Passion for retail and client service with exceptional interpersonal abilities.
