Senior Sales Associate

About the role

Buccellati is seeking a Senior Sales Associate to join its boutique in Geneva. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional client experience, building a loyal customer portfolio, and representing the Maison’s heritage and craftsmanship.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve boutique sales targets while providing the highest level of customer service in line with Maison standards.
• Manage the full sales process—from welcoming clients to closing sales and post‑sale support.
• Develop and nurture strong client relationships, offering personalized recommendations and follow‑up.
• Participate in visual merchandising, stock management, inventory counts, and floor moves.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, follow opening/closing procedures, and comply with safety and security policies.
• Maintain product knowledge, attend training, and assist clients with returns and queries.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of luxury retail experience, preferably in jewellery or high‑jewellery.
• Fluent in French and English; Italian is a plus.
• Proven track record of high sales performance and handling high‑value transactions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and travel for trainings, events, and conferences.
• Detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
