Sales Manager – Luxury Mountain Travel

About the role

Kulm Group, a member of the Luxury Kulm Group, is looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager (m/w/d) for its newly created role within the reorganised Brand & Commercial team. The position takes direct responsibility for three international key markets, driving business for two renowned properties through proactive market development and client acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Turn reactive business into proactive sales initiatives and acquire new clients in the leisure sales segment
• Develop and expand key and growth markets
• Represent the properties on international sales trips (about 8-10 weeks per year)
• Conduct site inspections and host and support clients during on-site familiarisation trips (FamTrips), with flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required
• Work closely with the Revenue, Reservations and Marketing teams

Required profile

• Proven track record in luxury hospitality sales and a passion for business development
• An established industry network is a strong advantage
• Fluent and confident in negotiations in at least two languages, with German or English as a base language plus others relevant to the target markets
• Comfortable with international sales trips and flexible in supporting clients on-site

Required skills

• Confident negotiation and a strong closing mindset
• Solid experience with modern CRM and PMS systems
