Sales Representative – Acquisition (m/f) 80–100%

About the role

Asetronics AG, based in Bern, is a leading provider of Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) developing and manufacturing electronic solutions for automotive, industrial and defense customers, including OEMs and international technology corporations. It is looking for a full-time (80–100%) Sales Representative – Acquisition to find new customers in the EMS sector.

Key responsibilities

• Independently identify and approach potential new customers in the EMS sector
• Build and maintain a strong network within target industries
• Carry out market and competitive analyses and prepare quotations in close coordination with the technical team
• Represent the company at trade fairs, events and customer meetings
• Work closely with management and internal departments

Required profile

• Several years of sales experience, ideally in the EMS/electronics manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of EMS processes, services and customer requirements
• Excellent communication, persuasion and negotiation skills
• Independent and structured working style with high self-motivation
• Fluent German; good English; French is a plus
• Willingness to travel within the DACH region
