Sales Representative - Orthopedics (Central Switzerland)

About the role

Symbios is strengthening its sales team in Central Switzerland (Bern region) and is looking for a full-time Sales Representative for orthopedic products. The role combines product promotion, technical support in operating rooms and customer acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the products and give technical support to grow sales and market share in the Central Switzerland / Bern region.
• Provide technical and commercial support in operating rooms.
• Prospect, visit customers and present the products to promote their use.
• Retain existing customers and acquire new ones while meeting targets.
• Help implement the commercial strategy and manage administrative aspects related to operations.
• Gather information on market trends and report it in a structured way.
• Forward customer orders promptly and strictly respect prices, discounts and sales conditions.
• Keep the company regularly informed about the progress of assigned tasks.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of sales experience.
• Several years of experience in an operating room environment.
• Clinical/technical knowledge of hip and knee products is an asset.
• Structured, strategic approach and ability to understand complex technical systems.
• Comfortable with standard IT tools; enjoys working autonomously and adapting to field situations.
• Native German speaker with good English (at least B2); French is an asset.
