SAP Head of Services – Lead S/4HANA Transformation

About the role

We are supporting a leading Swiss organisation through a major SAP S/4HANA transformation and need an experienced Head of SAP / SAP Services Leader. This strategic position combines SAP function leadership, people management, service delivery and business transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop the overall SAP strategy, roadmap and service delivery model.
• Lead, mentor and develop the SAP Services team and Business Analysts.
• Act as senior SAP point of contact for business leadership and transformation stakeholders.
• Oversee SAP solution delivery across Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics and Order‑to‑Cash.
• Provide strategic oversight of S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition adoption.
• Manage external implementation partners and ensure delivery quality.

Required profile

• Significant experience leading an SAP function or SAP Services team.
• Proven people leadership and stakeholder management at senior executive level.
• Strong SAP transformation and S/4HANA experience, especially SD/MM, Logistics and OTC.
• Fluent in English and German.
