SAP SuccessFactors Inhouse Consultant – MedTech (Hybrid, Bern)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors In‑house Consultant to join a leading Swiss MedTech company. The role will focus on maintaining and evolving the global HCM landscape, ensuring the HR technology supports the company’s mission to improve patients’ lives.

Key responsibilities

• Own, support and enhance the SAP SuccessFactors suite across modules such as Employee Central, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning Management and EC Payroll.
• Configure and customise SuccessFactors to meet changing business requirements.
• Gather and analyse HR stakeholder requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Manage integrations with SAP FI/CO, SAP BTP/Integration Suite (CPI), payroll systems and third‑party HR applications.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing and lead releases, upgrades, migrations and enhancement projects.
• Collaborate with international teams and external implementation partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience configuring and customising SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong knowledge of at least one module (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Payroll, Learning, Time Tracking, Performance & Goals).
• Experience gathering business requirements and working closely with HR teams.
• Understanding of SAP BTP / Integration Suite (CPI) is highly advantageous.
• Experience with external vendors or implementation partners.
• Background in MedTech, pharmaceuticals, life sciences or another regulated industry is a plus.
• Business‑level German (minimum B2) and fluent English.
