Scheduling & Supply Chain Specialist (Hybrid, 12‑Month)

About the role

We are looking for a Scheduling & Supply Chain Specialist to join an international pharmaceutical company. The role focuses on coordinating patient treatment schedules and ensuring the smooth flow of innovative cell‑therapy products from manufacturing sites to patients.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate patient treatment schedules with manufacturing sites and logistics partners.
• Monitor transportation, manufacturing, and delivery activities from start to finish.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for operational scheduling and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams, couriers, and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with operational procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, customer service, or pharmaceutical operations.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in English; French is an advantage.
