Search & AI Visibility Specialist

About the role

Swissquote is looking for a senior Search & AI Visibility Specialist to own how the brand is discovered, understood and recommended across search engines, AI platforms and app stores. You will drive organic visibility, acquisition and technical health while collaborating with Marketing, Product, Content and Technology teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute SEO, GEO and ASO strategies across multiple markets.
• Develop AI discovery frameworks, including content architecture, entities, structured data and emerging standards.
• Own technical SEO health: resolve crawling, rendering, indexing, internationalisation, structured‑data and performance issues.
• Build monitoring and alerting systems to detect critical SEO problems early.
• Identify content gaps, guide creation of search‑ and AI‑friendly content, and strengthen the brand’s authority.
• Manage organic visibility and conversion on Apple App Store and Google Play, driving keyword strategies and app‑store optimisation.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with proven expertise in SEO, ASO and AI‑driven discovery.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate technical findings into clear requirements.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with marketing, product, content and engineering teams.
• Self‑starter who can own a discipline, set road‑maps and drive initiatives end‑to‑end.
