Seasonal Pizza Chef (Winter 2026/2027)

About the role

Join the Grand Hotel des Bains Kempinski in St. Moritz as a seasonal Pizza Chef for the winter 2026/2027 season. You will master the iconic ‘Crazy Pizza’ recipe and contribute to a high‑end dining experience for elite guests.

Key responsibilities

• Create pizzas following the ‘Crazy Pizza’ recipes while maintaining top‑quality and freshness standards.
• Prepare and knead homemade pizza dough daily.
• Supervise ingredient preparation, including cleaning vegetables and making sauces and toppings.
• Support and train newly hired pizza team members.
• Process customer pizza orders efficiently and bake pizzas professionally in the oven.
• Maintain a spotless kitchen, oven and utensils in line with HACCP regulations.
• Enhance the guest experience with skillful, acrobatic pizza tossing.

Required profile

• Valid EU/EFTA identity card.
• Previous experience in a similar fast‑paced kitchen role.
• Strong attention to detail and high service standards.
• Passion for hospitality, friendly demeanor and a smile.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, full‑time and with flexibility.
