Senior Accountant – Multi Family Office Administration Lead

About the role

This senior position offers the chance to shape the accounting and administrative platform of a new‑generation multi‑family office in Geneva. The role blends rigorous accounting with high‑level service for wealthy families, requiring both technical expertise and operational autonomy.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain full‑cycle bookkeeping for all group entities and client companies, including AP/AR, bank reconciliations, intercompany postings and expense monitoring.
• Lead the selection, implementation and optimisation of accounting software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, WinEUR) and internal AI tools to streamline processes.
• Design and enforce accounting workflows, reporting procedures and internal controls to ensure reliable, decision‑useful financial information.
• Support private clients with administrative matters such as insurance, contracts and day‑to‑day structural needs.

Required profile

• Proven senior accounting experience in a family‑office or wealth‑management environment.
• Highly autonomous, reliable and able to operate in a lean, high‑standard setting.
• Strong sense of discretion, quality execution and responsiveness to client needs.
