Senior Associate – Marketing Consultant, Financial Services

About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior Associate to join its Internal Firm Services Marketing & Communications team in Zurich. You will work closely with internal stakeholders from Financial Services – including Asset & Wealth Management, Banking & Capital Markets, and Insurance – to design and execute strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen the firm’s market position and drive sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, implementation and evaluation of marketing activities focused on Financial Services.
• Define strategic direction for marketing themes and translate them into targeted campaigns.
• Own budget planning, control and KPI reporting.
• Manage client events, direct‑marketing actions and sponsorship engagements from concept to post‑event analysis.
• Execute integrated digital and social‑media campaigns along the customer journey.
• Advise internal stakeholders on all marketing‑related questions.
• Promote innovative marketing approaches and continuously improve existing activities.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Several years of marketing experience, preferably within the Financial Services sector.
• Structured, precise and solution‑oriented work style, even under tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical abilities with experience in KPI steering, reporting and budget management.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English.
• Team‑oriented personality with high personal responsibility.
