Senior Associate Marketing Manager

About the role

CPW is looking for a Senior Associate Marketing Manager based in La Tour-de-Peilz, Switzerland, working in a hybrid, full-time capacity on a permanent basis. The role shapes global brand and communication strategies for the Nesquik and KitKat Cereal portfolio, builds consumer connections and supports sustainable growth, working closely with global and core marketing teams, consumer insights, media, finance, operations, R&D, regulatory and legal teams and agency partners.

Key responsibilities

• Build long-term brand strategies that strengthen positioning, consistency and equity across global and regional markets
• Turn consumer insights, market performance and brand health data into actionable growth strategies
• Develop annual brand plans and long-term idea pipelines
• Create clear, distinctive communication plans aligned with market priorities
• Partner with agencies and cross-functional teams to deliver brand experiences across channels
• Test, learn and optimise marketing plans to improve performance and ROI

Required profile

• Extensive marketing and brand-building experience, with proven brand strategy work and a growth mindset
• Substantial project management experience and the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
• Track record of delivering results across multiple markets and regions, including with agency partners
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
