Senior Associate – Rewards Consulting

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Rewards Consulting team in Zurich. You will work with clients to evaluate and redesign total rewards, compensation programmes, and employee benefits, ensuring they are competitive, equitable, and cost‑effective.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client reward and benefits strategies and identify improvement opportunities.
• Design compensation structures and benefits packages that align with market benchmarks.
• Develop data‑driven insights and recommendations for clients.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality consulting deliverables.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting junior team members.
