Senior AWS DevOps Engineer (Turbo E-Bike Division)

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AWS DevOps Engineer to join our Turbo E‑Bike Division. You will be responsible for designing, building, and operating the cloud backbone that powers next‑generation connected e‑bike systems, ensuring the platform is scalable, reliable, and secure.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement robust, highly available AWS infrastructure aligned with best‑practice security and resilience standards.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform to automate provisioning and lifecycle management.
• Architect, build, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines for seamless integration, delivery, and deployment of software components.
• Establish GitHub branching strategies, code‑review processes, and collaboration workflows.
• Integrate security controls into CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure (DevSecOps) and ensure compliance.
• Create comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions and optimize performance and cost.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and deployment issues to maintain high availability.
• Evaluate and adopt new tools to enhance the DevOps ecosystem.
• Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to ensure smooth production releases.
• Mentor junior engineers and document infrastructure, processes, and operational procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer working with AWS in production environments.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with Terraform or comparable IaC tools.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience implementing cloud security best practices and DevSecOps.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a focus on operational excellence.
