Senior Consultant – Stakeholder Communications & Programme Delivery

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to lead stakeholder communications and programme delivery within complex banking transformation projects in Zurich. You will partner with senior leaders, programme teams and subject‑matter experts to turn fragmented inputs into clear, executive‑ready narratives that drive decisions and alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders and programme teams to gather, challenge and synthesize information from multiple sources.
• Create executive‑level communications such as steering‑committee materials, decision papers, status updates and management presentations.
• Develop compelling narratives, visualisations, dashboards and timelines that simplify complex topics.
• Ensure consistent, clear communication across stakeholder groups to achieve alignment.
• Support cut‑over management, migration, deployment and implementation planning for large‑scale transformation programmes.

Required profile

• Proven stakeholder‑management experience with the ability to build trust and influence senior leaders.
• Strong analytical and structuring capabilities to bring clarity to ambiguous information.
• Excellent written and spoken English; German is a plus.
• Based in Switzerland and able to work from Zurich at least three days per week.

Required skills

• Advanced PowerPoint and visualisation skills for executive presentations, dashboards and process flows.
