Senior Contracts & Compliance Manager

About the role

The Senior Contracts & Compliance Manager (EU) will lead the drafting, negotiation and compliance of commercial agreements across our international sales business. You will work closely with internal legal partners and external counsel to ensure all contracts meet EU employment law, GDPR and recruitment industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate client, vendor, confidentiality and candidate contracts.
• Identify, assess and mitigate contractual risks to protect the company’s legal and commercial interests.
• Lead compliance activities for onboarding new candidates, ensuring adherence to internal policies, legal requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with the in‑house Legal Team and external in‑country legal partners across the EU, Switzerland, US and UAE.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of EU employment legislation, GDPR and recruitment regulations.

Required profile

• Solid understanding of contract law with European recruitment sector experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
