Senior Corporate Accountant

About the role

A well-established, internationally active asset management firm based in Zug is looking for an experienced, hands-on Senior Corporate Accountant to strengthen its finance team. The role covers the full range of financial accounting for Swiss and international entities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all financial accounting activities for Swiss and international entities
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP and IFRS
• Ensure compliance with local statutory and international reporting requirements
• Support consolidation and group reporting
• Work with external auditors, tax advisors and regulatory bodies
• Improve accounting processes, controls and reporting standards
• Take part in finance projects such as process optimization and international expansion
• Support treasury, cash management and intercompany accounting

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
• Several years of corporate accounting experience, preferably in an international environment
• Strong knowledge of Swiss accounting standards and IFRS
• Experience with multi-entity structures and international reporting
• Fluent business German and English; other languages are an advantage
