Senior Creative QA Specialist

About the role

The Senior Creative QA Specialist will be the first dedicated quality assurance professional within a fast‑paced agency environment in Switzerland. You will build and embed rigorous QA processes across all outbound creative assets, ensuring they meet brand, platform and regulatory standards before reaching clients or publishing channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own final quality control for copy, scripts, captions, static ads and video content prior to delivery.
• Develop and maintain structured QA systems, including checklists, SOPs, review templates and pre‑flight validation processes.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, platform specifications (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) and regulatory requirements such as FDA, FTC, pet health and supplement rules.
• Maintain claim libraries, approved phrasing banks and do‑not‑use lists for key accounts.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, account and project teams to identify and prevent quality issues early.
• Track recurring errors, report trends and propose workflow improvements to reduce revisions.
• Support scaling of QA by defining future coaching, onboarding and quality support structures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in QA, proofreading, compliance or editorial roles within an agency or regulated industry.
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks for regulated sectors (FDA, FTC, supplements, pet health, finance).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to evaluate brand consistency across multiple clients.
• Ability to build structured processes from scratch and work efficiently under pressure.
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative approach to feedback.
