Senior Cyber Security Project Manager – Security Governance

About the role

We are seeking a senior cyber security project manager to join the client’s Security Governance team in Lausanne on a 5‑month assignment. The role focuses on delivering governance‑related initiatives quickly, coordinating across IT, procurement, HR and business units, and ensuring security is embedded in everyday processes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor cyber security projects, including risk assessment, timeline management and reporting.
• Strengthen the security governance framework across Business Data Protection, Cybersecurity Awareness & Training, and Third‑Party Risk Management.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to integrate security controls in a pragmatic, efficient manner.
• Coordinate multiple stakeholders, manage expectations and drive projects to successful completion.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience managing cyber security projects.
• Generalist cyber security background with the ability to work across several security domains.
• Proven experience in security governance and governance‑related initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Self‑driven, results‑oriented and able to integrate quickly into a small team.
