Senior Data Analyst

About the role

This senior data analyst position is based in Switzerland and offers full ownership of end‑to‑end analytics in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment. You will turn complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations that directly influence product, marketing, and regional business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end analytical solutions: understand business requests, define metrics, deliver dashboards, validate outputs and continuously improve reporting systems.
• Build, maintain and optimise automated Tableau dashboards for product, marketing, business and regional teams.
• Monitor data quality across multiple sources, identify inconsistencies, validate logic and ensure accuracy of key metrics.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies in collaboration with stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Translate business questions into structured analytical approaches and deliver actionable insights.
• Analyse product and marketing performance, spotting trends, anomalies, risks and growth opportunities.
• Evaluate traffic efficiency and business performance metrics such as ROI, LTV, conversion, retention and funnel behaviour.
• Improve analytics processes, optimise dashboard performance and contribute to a scalable reporting infrastructure.
• Support and mentor junior analysts by sharing best practices in SQL, Tableau and data validation.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in data analytics, BI, product or marketing analytics, or a related field.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Tableau, including dashboard development, optimisation and data source management.
• Advanced SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries across multiple data sources and validate data logic.
• Deep understanding of core business metrics such as ROI, LTV, conversion, retention and funnel performance.
• Proven ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions and clear, actionable insights.
• Strong attention to data quality and accuracy.
