Senior Digital IC Design Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Digital IC Design Engineer to lead the development of embedded MCU/DSP systems, hardware accelerators, and peripheral IPs. The role involves architecture, implementation, simulation, and benchmarking of these digital components.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, specify, implement, simulate, and benchmark MCU/DSP systems and hardware accelerators.
• Consult product integration teams on definition, integration, and usage of these systems.
• Participate in verification and FPGA prototyping.
• Coordinate SDK development with software teams.
• Lead project activities and contribute to design methodology improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum MS in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• At least 6 years of semiconductor product development experience, including leadership.
• Experience with embedded CPUs (ARM Cortex, RISC‑V, DSP) and AMBA bus protocols (AHB/APB).
• Strong RTL design skills in Verilog/SystemVerilog.
• Excellent technical documentation and communication skills in English.
• Eligibility to work in Switzerland.
